| For office use only : SALARY RANGE : IN ACCORDANCE WITH HOSPITAL POLICY DUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible for the management and education of a multidisciplinary team providing excellence in patients care. Responsible for human resource management; fiscal management; information and environment control in the assigned Program. QUALIFICATIONS : Baccalaureate Degree in relevant health care profession; Masters Degree preferred Advanced clinical education preparation specific to the program Minimum 5 years related clinical experience and a minimum of 2 years management experience in a health care setting Demonstrated leadership abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills Good organizational skills Ability to establish collegial as well as managerial relationships with superiors, peers and subordinates CNA Certification in Gerontology preferred This position is subject to a Criminal Record Check. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred.
