Order parts and services, create purchase orders, disperse parts to work orders and maintain tracking records on parts on a timely manner. ? Ensure inventory levels reflect plant needs and order items as required (daily). ? Order parts and services; create purchase orders (daily). ? Keep stores area clean and organized (daily). ? Follow up on all delinquent purchase orders with suppliers and research alternate parts and or suppliers ? Provide maintenance staff with clear part numbers that reflect inventory records and ensure the store room shelving/parts bins are clearly marked and identified in the SAP system (daily). ? Create workorders (as required). ? Complete workorders, disperse parts and maintain tracking information on parts (daily). ?
