| POSITION DETAIL Parts Back Counterperson - 580 Oak Point Hwy, Winnipeg Department: Parts Location: Winnipeg, MB Job Type: Full Time Professional Areas: Parts Description: Position Summary Provides service to Technicians requiring parts while ensuring quality inventory control. Maintains inventory levels, sources parts, and provides occasional external parts sales to select customers. Responsibilities 1. Provides requested parts to Technicians and makes suggestions on additional parts needed for repair order. Post parts on Karmak business system. Reviews repair orders for parts accuracy before final billing. (50%) Performance Coaching Standards Provides correct parts to Technicians Parts are recorded in Karmak accurately and timely All parts used in repair are listed on final invoice 100% freight recovery on all incoming orders Positive internal and external customer feedback Receives and stocks shelves in storage area and maintains internal counter area. Orders low stock through Karmak system or ISIS (International Trucks). Participates in annual parts inventories, clean-up, and preparation work.
