| Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor Employment duration: Part Time Career Area: Building Operations Location: Air Canada Centre Job Code: 1483 Closing Date: 14/02/12 Description Position Overview: As a valuable member of the Facility Services team, you will deliver championship service throughout the organization. You will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping staff during day, event and overnight shifts, ensuring completion of their assigned duties. You will also assist in the planning and implementation of associated work tasks. Specific Duties: Train & supervise overnight shift Facility Services teams Communicate positively and professionally with staff and fans Complete regular building inspections to ensure tasks are completed and MLSE cleaning standards are met Work diligently to ensure the safety of self and others at all times Ensure adherence to MLSE service standards and policies Conduct pre-shift meetings Perform other duties as required Requirements: Must be available to work days, evening, holidays and overnight shifts Effective time management skills Thorough knowledge of modern cleaning practices and equipment Arena/multi-purpose facility experience preferred.... |
