This position is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of practice standards and procedures for Clinical Pharmacy Specialists across Interior Health. Qualifications - Successful completion of a Canadian hospital pharmacy residency program - Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized university - Currently licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia - Five years clinical experien.... |
