PEOPLE SUPPORT SERVICES (#J1000854) Added On: 2012-02-08 The Position As a key member of the Human Resources team and specifically to the People Support Services function, the People Business Partner (PBP) is the first point of contact for front-line to senior management supporting people related decisions. Duties comprise of day-to-day operational human resources support including but not limited to Labour and Employee relations, Performance management, Disability management, Talent acquisition, and HR process improvement initiatives. Excellent organizational and communication skills along with the ability to prioritize and manage a complex workload are critical attributes of this position. Role Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: ? In partnership with the Talent Acquisition: o Provide coaching and support to management in regard to Talent acquisition for both hourly and salaried staff. o Ensure that hourly and /or salaried competitions are effectively managed to a point of completion as per defined targets. o Manage administrative procedures (e.g. Creating, reviewing and placing job postings, short-listing candidates, conducting interviews, reference ch.... |
