Resolves customer issues according to established guidelines. Works with and supervises Merchandising team to maintain store standards (ensuring planograms are implemented, DC order staged and merchandised, set up of seasonal/product displays. Required Qualifications A high school education computer literacy and time management skills is the minimum , complemented with the ability to read planogram instructions, problem solve and motivate a small teams to complete necessary merchandising and cash functions. Must be customer service orientated. Desired Qualifications previous retail experience including inventory system management. SDM product knowledge.
