| Outreach Manager Canada-Ontario-Cambridge Job # 1188902-1188903 Company Information WOMEN'S CRISIS SERVICES OF WATERLOO REGION Job Description WOMEN ?S CRISIS SERVICES OF WATERLOO REGION CAREER OPPORTUNITY Women ?s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region operates two 24 hour emergency shelters; Haven House in Cambridge and Anselma House in Kitchener as well as an Outreach program for abused women and their children. We are a not-for-profit organization and work from an anti-racism and anti-oppressive framework. We are inviting applications for a Temporary Outreach Manager. (March 1 to October 15 approximately) Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the Outreach Program including the development, coordination, direction and supervision of: unionized Outreach workers; Safe Step facilitators; Clinical Support worker(s); the Education Coordinator; and the Volunteer Coordinator. Qualifications: ? Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or other applied Social Science plus a minimum of three years management experience in a non-profit social service agency; ideally related to VAW ?
