| Outbound Sales Representative Our client in the HRM is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join their team on a long term contract. The candidate will be responsible for initial customer qualification assessment. Conducts outbound marketing campaigns to obtain general information on a potential customers business for the purpose of qualifying a potential sales lead. The leads may come from the local city market, supplier promotions, sample requests, new customer accounts and other sources. Requirements: Grade 12 education and at least two years experience in a call center gathering and researching information Knowledge of Microsoft Office, sales desktop, and internet searches Good communications skills: gathering information verbally and in writing Ability to communicate with tact, discretion, and professionalism Ability to multi-task (have phone conversations while performing data entry) Good time-management skills Excellent organizational skills Comfortable manipulating software systems Quick-study with new technologies Ability to adhere to a pre-set work structure Ability to work independently Excellent work ethic Bilingualism (French and English) an asset Duties wil.... |
