Support and Lead direct reports to operate the facility reliably, safely, and efficiently. Perform Chief Engineer duties. Ensure that regulatory and company standards are complied with. Oversee planning and execution of outage/turnaround activities. Fulfill Emergency and Crisis Management role. Communicate risks for area of responsibility to senior leadership. Maintain visibility and accessibility with employees, external resources and stakeholders. Understand hazards and manage risks for area of responsibility.
