| Primary Purpose: Manage the regional operations facilities, storage and pipelines to ensure the safe and efficient operations of all equipment, systems and staff. Areas of responsibility: Southern Illinois assets and pipelines at Hoffman/Station 310 and St. Elmo Storage/Station 206 including storage field and H2S process plant operations. The work location for this position will be based at St. Elmo, Illinois. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Oversees the operation and maintenance of district facilities to ensure their safe, reliable, and efficient operation, including the management of multiple Supervisors in multiple locations within a geographical area (operation district). • Ensures the implementation and enforcement of all company guidelines, policies and procedures. • Set the objectives for the preparation of the operating and capital budgets for area of responsibility within the District and reviews the status of the monthly forecasting during the fiscal year. • Oversees functions related to outside contractors operating on company property or in company Right-of-Way areas in order to protect company interests. • Participates in the selection/promotion of staff, salary.... |
