| Reporting to the Manager, this position will be responsible for receiving and monitoring the smooth delivery of all front line and customer service operations for International Recruitment & Admissions. The incumbent must have the ability to multi-task in a very demanding office environment.
Typical daily responsibilities will include: receiving telephone calls; responding to private and UR International emails; assisting walk-in students; sending correspondence; maintenance filing systems; updating databases; other general duties as assigned.
Primary Duties
- General administrative duties ? receiving phone calls, photocopying, faxing
- Receives and responds to office emails
- Assist with student queries/walk-ins
- Create and maintain databases, lists and reports
- Corresponding with LiveChat, Skype and social media
- Assist with any other office duties as requested
- Preparing mail outs ? to ensure that all information is mailed correctly and in an efficient time
- Organizes files, storage units, general office area ? to ensure that we have a pleasant workspace for employees, students and visitors
- Provides university information to students
