JOB OVERVIEW: As an Operation Service Officer, you will be responsible for processing internal transfer requests via emails, phone calls and tickets received from our front office partners and internal departments pertaining to transfer inquires. Other duties will include: - Preparing and processing transfer allocations as per clients ? request. - Ensuring all transactions and investigations are handled in a timely manner. - Ensuring accurate input of details to the appropriate systems. - Providing statistical accountability of all activity. - Identifying areas in the processing work flow where synergies can be implemented to gain processing efficiencies.
