| Officer, Community Based Experiential Learning Job ID: 12269 Date Closed: 2012/02/22 Location: Vancouver - Point Grey Campus Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Return to Previous Page Job Summary The Officer, CBEL is responsible for liaising with partners across the campus and within the community to co-develop, evaluate, and assess CBEL partnerships, projects, and initiatives. In collaboration with community and university partners he/she develops curricular learning outcomes and objectives, facilitates curricular and co-curricular CBEL workshops, advises instructors and Sauder School of Business departments seeking to incorporate CBEL into course based curricula and programs, and advises students seeking to participate in and/or initiate CBEL projects and student-led CBEL efforts. In addition the Officer, CBEL represents the UBC-CLI and Sauder on university project teams and committees. The incumbent will have strong capacity building and project management skills, experience within an educational context, and will be an exceptional communicator in a complex network of partners.
