Working with both the Association and the food manufacturing industry, this person is responsible for planning successful events including receptions, banquets, meetings and seminars. The successful candidate will coordinate venues, equipment and services, maintain records, assist in the development of promotional materials, and organize registrations. The Coordinator also performs key duties to ensure the smooth ongoing operation of the general office. The successful candidate must have prior event planning experience and must possess excellent writing, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
