FUNCTIONS RELATED TO ACCOUNTING ASPECTS # FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLES: open, sort and attach invoices and packing slips, perform data entry of invoices, reconciliate problems encountered with different internal and external partners; # FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT: print and sort cvs, perform annual statistics, write memos; # PERFORM bank reconciliation and various accounting analysis; # BE the payroll back-up; # All other related tasks.
