| Office Manager / Bookkeeper Location: Winnipeg Type: Accounting & Finance Job Description: Office Manager/Bookkeeper We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Manager/Bookkeeper, who can carry out the day-to-day accounting and payroll functions for a busy Manitoba company. If you excel working independently and your skills match the requirements listed below, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! What you will do General bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable processes Prepare and send invoices to vendors and customers Process payroll for 25 hourly employees Administer benefits and pension plans Balance bank statements (i.e. profit & loss, balance sheets) Monitor office supplies and order as needed Perform some reception duties Address Work Compensation Board claims as they arise Must Haves Extensive experience with bookkeeping procedures Proficiency in accounting software (i.e. ACCPAC) and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task effectively Apply Now!
