Office Manager/Administrator Responsibilities: Administer all aspects of the office including but not limited to: office mailings, letters/memos/notices, employee files, drafting/preparing documents, etc Follow-up and act as a liaison with various individuals, both internally and externally Provide administrative support to staff members as required Coordinate meetings and conference room needs Receive and direct telephone calls daily; answer inquiries as required, or forward to management Organize and update on a regular basis client and employee files Assist team members with department projects and tasks as needed Provide superior customer service when dealing with internal and external stakeholders Work in administration, data entry and maintenance of documents Other duties as requested/directed Education and Experience: Administration experience an asset Minimum 3-5 years office experience required Completed Grade 12 with some Post Secondary education Requirements: Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Ability to learn and adapt to quickly Effective listening and communication skills with superior telephone etiquette Accuracy and attention to detai....
