DUTIES: *Provides confidential and complex administrative support *Performs diversified clerical tasks requiring considerable knowledge of applicable departmental and corporate functions, procedures and practices *Provides administrative management, coordination and secretarial support to the office manager and division managers *Prepares, processes and maintains records relative to all bylaws; prepares correspondence for external approvals or notification (ministries and other agencies); and ensures that approvals are obtained in a timely manner *Coordinates official documents for signing and sealing; ensures for execution of and affixing of appropriate seal; determines classification of documents for retrieval purposes, indexes, and retains in the vault as permanent records; responds to queries by searching and locating documents for users *Processes directors' fees and expense reports and responds to queries *Attends board and committee meetings as directed, advises on procedural rules during such committee meetings, records th.... |
