| Job Title: Office Administrator Job ID: 9149 Location: Yellowknife Department LEG NWT Elections/By-Election Return to Previous Page Department Information Job Information The Office Administrator reports to the Deputy Chief Electoral Officer and the Chair, Human Rights Adjudication Panel. The incumbent provides administrative and secretarial services and acts as the first contact for Elections NWT and the Human Rights Adjudication Panel. Candidates should have knowledge of the role of statutory agencies within the Government of the NWT and the responsibilities assigned to each office. Candidates should also have excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse group of people. The secretarial and clerical level of knowledge is most commonly acquired through the completion of grade 12 and three (3) years of related experience. Equivalent combinations of education and/or experience will be considered. Equivalencies Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
