Responsabilits : - Procder l valuation de l tat fonctionnel de la personne. - Analyser les donnes, dterminer les objectifs et laborer le plan de traitement. - Communiquer toute linformation ncessaire aux rsidents, leur famille ainsi quaux clients sur son diagnostic et les traitements ncessaires. - Appliquer les traitements appropris. - Diriger lapprentissage des activits humaines courantes (A.V.Q., A.V.D.). - Planifier, avec tous les intervenants concerns, la cessation des traitements dergothrapie. - valuer les besoins de post traitement et les ressources disponibles. - Dterminer la frquence du suivi. - Rfrer vers dautres ressources au besoin. - Conseiller au besoin les diffrents intervenants sur les meilleures pratiques .... |
