Duties include: - Developing and implementing the Infection Control Program - Administering and documenting all staff immunizations and screening tests as required by the Ministry of Health - Providing advice to Senior Management on issues relating to health promotion, accident prevention, modified work, and risk management - Preparing modified work plans to assist with the return to work of injured workers - Performing injury assessments and conducting ergonomic assessments - Creating and maintaining policies and procedures to align with the Ministry of Health Regulations - Developing and facilitating staff Health and Safety education and training to ensure compliance with the Ontario Long Term Care Standards and Ministry of Labour - Participating in various committee.... |
