Reporting to the Occupational Medicine Physician/Senior Medical Director, Medical Services Group (Ontario & Western Region), and having one direct report (administrative assistant), this position will provide disability claims management and support to third-party insurance claims adjudicators, and will facilitate Medical Services Group initiatives for fitness-for-duty assessment and coordinate return-to-work plans at our Calgary office. Accountabilities: ? Management of complex short-term and long-term disability claims; liaison with the insurance carriers on a regular (at least weekly) basis, completion of tracking spread sheets and facilitation of safe return-to.... |
