JOB DESCRIPTION: Core duties include: Reception duties, answering telephone and directing incoming calls to appropriate staff’ Maintain and order office supplies as required Maintain office equipment Maintain the regional calendar with respect to employee vacations and special functions Assist in the coordination and planning of regional events such as the golf tournament and Christmas activities. Maintain office filing system Make travel arrangements Regional Customer Service Support Core duties include: Copy sales quotations to sales orders Track equipment delivery for open sales orders. Update status for sales on a weekly basis Enter on loan sales orders and track equipment Complete branch transfers in SYACC, as required Enter equipment receiving into SYACC on a daily basis.
