DEPARTMENT: ORTHOPAEDICS
RATE OF PAY: $31.55 - $39.56 PER HOUR
EFFECTIVE: 2012 JUNE 04
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
As a member of an interprofessional team, provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment services for the
clients of the Orthopaedics Department. Working as part of the team the successful candidate will liaise with clients,
family and team members to integrate information and clinical services relating to clients’ needs; establish client goals
and outcome measures; record daily activities as per computerized workload measurement systems; and participate in
the supervision of students as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of a recognized school of Occupational Therapy
Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) as an Occupational Therapist
with no terms, conditions or limitations on certificate of registration.
