| Title: Nursing Supervisor Job Type: Part-time Location: Surrey Apply By: January 30, 2012 Overview Reporting to the Executive Director, the Nursing Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, effective, client-centered services to Revera Home Health (RHH) clients. Responsibilities Assessment of client care needs, initial client visits and the development of an appropriate plan of care that identifies care objectives and anticipated outcomes of care; Follow-up visits with clients to ensure the service provided meets the clients needs and RHH quality standards; Supervision and evaluation of field staff; Assists with the planning and organization of in-service education programs; Promotes RHH through community involvement; and Management of RHH annual Flu Clinic Program Qualifications Registered Nurse with a current license from the applicable provincial licensing authority; Three years experience as a professional nurse with two years of experience in community nursing preferred; Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including proven problem solving and conflict resolution abilities; Must have proficient computer skills - Microsoft Word/Outlook; and .... |
