| Location: Guelph, Ontario Join their team! 3 senior internships, 3 full-season novice internships, and 2 short-term novice internships ? Learn organic food production hands-on. ? Become an integral part of their food community. ? Develop their farming skills and knowledge. ? Participate in the Collaborative Regional Alliance for Farmer Training (CRAFT Ontario). They are seeking individuals who have a keen desire to learn the practices and principles of growing food organically, who are interested in building friendships and community, who are enthusiastic, curious and open to new ideas. They are committed to making this internship a learning experience, and expect hard work, commitment to the guiding principles of the farm, and the ability to work as part of a larger team. The farm team is made up of 8 interns, 4 farmers (Heather Lekx, Lorne Jamieson, Donald Bowyer, and Mike Smith), and numerous volunteers. All will be working closely together over the season and aim to make this a healthy and challenging experience.
