Responsibilities Assist with maintaining the project SharePoint site of the most recent key documents produced by the team. Assist with maintaining the project SharePoint site of general reference documents collected from the team. Assist with document control activities to organize and maintain project documentation process by: - Preparation and maintenance of project filing and coding structures. Perform document control activities to prepare project and construction records for turnover by: - Preparing and scanning construction records into Livelink for turnover to Technical Records. - Transferring project records to Livelink for turnover to Technical Records. - Preparing transmittals for records turnover to stakeholders and Iron Mountain. - Updating project records turnover database. Qualifications Technical Diploma or equivalent diploma and/or experience and a minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experie.... |
