One to be located in Ottawa and one in Montreal. JOB/ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports Ericsson internal WAN networks, providing remedial and preventive maintenance in addition to integration of external network systems as required and defined by RNAM (Region North America) & RLAM (Region Latin America) IT organizations. Works within a clearly defined regional and global structure, utilizing ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) processes to provide and achieve SLAs (Service Level Agreements). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Formulates, develops, and implements integrated network architectures. Follows Ericsson network/security systems standards for wide area, equipment, system security, and routing protocols. Provides project management support in the implementation, installation, and configuration, of networking architecture; coordinates projects with other departments and external organizations. Serves as primary point of contact and liaison with vendors for network trouble escalations, reviews .... |
