Key Responsibilities Please note this is a U.S. based position. Reporting to the Head of National Accounts, the National Account Manager is responsible for providing account management to PointClickCare ?s client organizations that range in size from 2500 to 5000 beds. This position will work out of their home office , with travel to the head office in Mississauga, Canada and to client locations with the U.S. as needed. Specific accountabilities include: Acting as the primary PCC contact for National Accounts with 2500 to 5000 beds Developing action plans for all National Accounts and driving further adoption of the PCC EHR Liaising with the Customer Success Manag.... |
