This includes nourishments and supplements as requested by the Dietitians.? All duties are performed?in accordance with Providence Healthcare's Missions and Values. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Participates with other members of the department management team in achieving departmental goals and objectives; Responsible for: training, orientation, employee evaluations, scheduling, disciplining, staff payroll, investigating, reporting and recording of injuries or incidents; In liaison with the Dietitians and Food Services Manager, ensures that the therapeutic menu requirements are maintained; Informs Food Services Manager/Lead Chef of meal service, menu items and production requirements/concerns; Ensures adherence to quality assurance, risk management, occupational health and safety act and sanitation code; Responsible for accident and inc.... |
