PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include the following, but are not limited to: Tracking all Transfer documents pursuant to mineral land contracts such as Notice of Assignments, Assignment and Novation ?s, inputting into CS Explorer (mineral land data base) on a daily bases, identifying if there is a right of first refusal applicable and distributing to the applicable business teams; Determine if contract files that have not been linked to a well or lease within CS Explorer should be active or terminated; Reduce contract files with multiple fi.... |
