Allocate merchandise based on performance by using information obtained from the Allocation system. Analyze in season and end of season store performance and adjusts inventory plans accordingly. Interacts with different departments to integrate buying and planning strategies with distribution strategy. Controls the distribution center inventory and ensures that it is at a minimum.
