VISTING NURSING PART TIME NORTH YORK AND MARKHAM POSITION SUMMARY: We require RNs for our Central Service Delivery Centre to provide specialized mental health services to individuals in their homes or community settings. RESPONSIBILITIES: ?Medication and symptom management ?Mental status and risk assessments ?Develop, implement and evaluate client-centered care plans ?Assist clients with activities of daily living ?Link clients to community resources ?Mental health teaching and promotion ?Provide verbal and written reports ?Maintain client records ?Work independently and as a member of a team REQUIREMENTS: ?Two (2) years of recent mental health experience is preferred ?Availability to work days, nights, evenings and weekends to meet client needs ?Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario ?Excellent oral and written communication skills ?Sound decision making skills with the ability to plan care for client.... |
