This is your chance to work independently with individuals, providing expert care while executing our Teams care plans. Take this opportunity and: Assist with personal care and/or activities of daily living. Report on observations of clients conditions to nursing staff. Facilitate clients participation in psychosocial rehabilitation activities. Accompany clients to off site appointments. Put your Mental Health Care Worker education and experience while you work with acute mental health clients in a multi-disciplinary environment.
