Responsibilities: -Provide hands on support to Meeting Services Support Team for all issues related to Audio and Video conferencing rooms. ex. replacing cables, changing projector bulbs and upgrading codecs -Provide end user support on all meeting room equipment -Maintain inventory and necessary repair spares - Create and maintain proactive maintenance plan for Meeting Rooms (Projector Bulb life, batteries on remotes, replace missing equipment, reporting damage to computer equipment, ensuring ?Quick Reference Guide: ?How-to ? documentation ? is available in each room, weekly testing of equipment and services, identifying any errors in calling directories) -Provide White-glove Executive meeting support Specialization and Skills: Help Desk/Entr.... |
