| Job Title: Medical Office Assistant - Faculty of Medicine Job ID: 1987 Location: Foothills Campus Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Temporary Return to Previous Page Position Overview The Department of Family Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine invites applications for a Medical Office Assistant . This Full-time Fixed Term position is for approximately 18 months (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension. Position Description Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to): Reports to the Clinical Operations Manager, Department of Family Medicine, UCMC. Works in coordination with and provides high level administrative support to the Clinic Operations Manager UCMC sites. Responsible for scanning medical documents, electronic attaches and files them to the patient electronic medical record. Works collaboratively with the clinical team ensuring that the operational needs of the clinic and patient care requirements are met. Works in coordination with the receptionist team scheduling, booking, and follow through of patient appointments with clinic physicians and residents. Maintains clinic data base and prepares statis.... |
