Accueillir les patients et offrir une exprience client trs satisfaisante Prendre la carte soleil et assurer lidentit du patient Ouvrir un dossier informatis en suivant les critres dfinit pour les nouveaux patients (incluant mais non seulement, lhistorique mdical, numro RAMQ, adresse, tlphone etc. Age du patient pour non-rsidents) Faire la mise jour des informations pertinentes des dossiers patients et sassurer en tout temps que les dossiers informatiss sont complet. Assurer le transfert du patient la rception des paiements pour services rendus ou effectuer les remboursements. Prparer ou imprimer les formulaires patients aux besoins. Donner les formulaires complter pour la sance d valuation. Remettre aux patients les feuilles de prparations sil y a lieu. Sassurer que le patient ait complt les formulaires ncessaires avant la chirurgie. Aviser les professionnels de toutes notes importantes sur les patients. Obtenir les paiements des patients pour services rendus ou effectuer les remboursements. Inscrire les transactions de chaque paiement sur la feuille journalire Donner les rend.... |
