Qualifications: The successful candidate will have secretarial/administrative experience. Experience working in a practitioner's office or hospital setting is desired. You will have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook), visio basic software and transcribing from hand written notes. Transcribing from Dictaphone is also essential. Knowledge of regulations and acts used in the Branch such as the Health Services Insurance Act, Personal Health Information Act, etc is also required. You will have strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to set priorities, work under pressure to meet deadlines, as well as have the ability to work independently and co-operatively in a team environment.
