| Mechanical Reliability Engineer Mechanical Reliability EngineerOversee two main programs within the plant for the TSSA and Internal inspection program for vessels, tanks and piping systems. This includes registration and approval of piping systems,?pressure vessels and related repairs to both. The program is in place and is well developed.?Oversee the program and add to the specifications file as required for welding procedures and testing procedures when necessary.Qualifications:1) • Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario (P. Eng.)2) • Familiar with?Owner/User Manual? System for TSSA3) • ASME B31.1 and B31.3 piping regulations4) • Experience with the ASME VIII API 650, API 653 and API 5705) • Previous co-ordination of TSSA registration/approval? of pressure vessels, and piping systems6) • Ability to write or amend piping specifications for a wide variety of materials and applications7) • experience writing or amending welding procedures for use on pressure piping and pressure vessels8) • Experience in coordinating the inspection of piping systems and pressure vessels.
