"Nice to have" skills (These are skills the employer would like to have, but would be willing to go without.) 3D PDS -(>5Y) Layout Drawings -(>5Y) description MECHANICAL ENGINEER/Layout Designer As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the preparation of industrial engineering designs and related documents. Familiarity with concentrator layout, flow sheet preparation, equipment selection, Feasibility Study requirements, and scope of work document preparation is preferred. In addition to coordinating work effort with other disciplines and clients, you will work with other engineers and team members on projects of various sizes. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: 3D experience in mining layout design is a must University Degree in Mechanical Engineering; 10+ years of relevant experience in the mining industry; Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the province of British Columbia; Project management and/or consulting engineering experience is an asset; Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and w.... |
