| Mechanical Designer Location: Columbus Job Code: 2750 # of openings: 1 Description Mechanical Designer The Challenge: We seek a Mechanical Designer to join our team in the Columbus office. Principle Areas of Responsibility: Responsible for production of construction documents from initial design to bidding, under the supervision of a senior engineer. Responsible for drawing setup and design documentation. Will coordination with other disciplines. Must adherence to established project budgets and schedules. The Skills, Knowledge and Abilities We Seek: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a school accredited by ABET or equal Knowledge of basic mechanical principles. 3-5 years of experience. Proficiency in CAD production. Understanding of design documentation. Approximately 10% travel. FE designation (Fundamentals of Engineering) is preferred.
