| Mechanical Design Engineer Senior Senior Mechanical Designer This is your opportunity to work at the corporate head office of a dynamic growing company. As a participative member of the Mechanical Development team, you will design the mechanical components for new products. From the conceptual stage through to product launch, you will have hands on ownership of your projects, especially pertaining to the quality and function of the design. Your responsibilities will also include: Design and develop precision plastic and sheet metal components, primarily in miniature scale and using Pro/E modeling and drawing. Design and direct tool fabrication and commissioning of custom assembly and test fixtures. Provide mechanical direction during the prototype product cycle. Develop the documentation needed to ensure components and materials meet our standards.Ideally, you are a graduate of a Mechanical Engineering program combined with several years experience in mechanical component and assembly design preferably for medical or precision products. Hands-on experience in DFM, DFA and tolerance analysis is also required. You will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. You must .... |
