| Job Title Marketing Coordinator Location MISSISSAUGA Regions MISSISSAUGA, ON Description The People Bank, Mississauga office, is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our retail client in the Mississauga area to coordinate the day-to-day functions of the Marketing Department. Please note: This is a 3 month contract position. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Co-ordinate New Store marketing materials and grand opening events ? Assembly and distribution of new store kits ? Press releases to media and updates on website ? Prepare new store marketing budgets and execute within budget ? Lead and manage new store opening workback schedules and update/inform stores and Operations prior to events. Explore and recommend brand appropriate promotions- investigate cost and logistics and develop recommendations to VP ? Manage production of promotional materials and distribution to stores (i.e. customer handouts, contests, in-store signage, giveaways, coupons, bag stuffers, etc.) ? Manage email signups including data collection, data entry, prize fulfillment and promotion ? Liase with Operations and external agencies to optimize email database ? Refresh web content to coordinate with marketin.... |
