| Manager Home Care Full Time Days - Weekdays REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the position. Proof of active membership in the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba and/or other professional registering bodies as appropriate A minimum of five years directly related clinical experience within the past 7 years Valid driver ?s license and use of vehicle for work purposes Previous experience in managing staff in a unionized environment or demonstrated management and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal skills Advanced level of oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational, decision making and problem solving skills Ability to display independent judgment Strong clinical skills/knowledge in current nursing practice for designated area.
