| Manager Massage Therapy Services - Aging Services Location Toronto Central Date Posted: January 5, 2012 Requirements specific to this location: Job Summary: To promote and manage all Massage Therapy services provided in Long-Term Care ( LTC ) & Retirement Homes (RH). Major Duties and Responsibilities: -Market and sell Massage Therapy services to LTC & RH facilities -Interview and maintain a roster of qualified Massage Therapists (MT) in conjunction with the HR manager -Oversee all massage therapy services that are being provided to LTC & RH facilities to ensure Customer satisfaction -Complete Annual Performance Reviews of all MTs -Assist MTs in accessing appropriate community resources and educational material -Assist the QA Manager in annual reviews of MT services -Assist with administrative tasks in the Seniors Wellness Division Education: -University Degree or College diploma required -Education in Sales, Marketing or Massage Therapy considered an asset.
