Specific duties include developing and implementing budgets for sports camps, negotiation employment contracts, managing camp directors and overseeing all instructional programming, evaluating courses and instructors and developing and implementing marketing strategies. To implement and develop sponsorship opportunities within sports camps unit and generate new ideas and be results oriented. Responsible for overseeing the operation of the office, and ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered. Works in the office inside the Tennis Centre which is shared by other staff. There are constant interruptions as the front desk gets busy. Organizational Status Reports to Director of Tennis Center, Athletics and Recreation. Interacts with other departments and campus units.
