| Title Manager, Project Management Office Position Overview As the Manager, PMO, the successful incumbent will support the achievement of projects across the organization. This individual will lead the PMO Office in defining, developing, maturing and implementing standards, procedures and processes for all types of projects. The PMO will be the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution in AeroInfo. Responsibilities Some of the key responsibilities and features of the PMO include, but are not limited to: ? Establish a strong Project Management Office (PMO) team with appropriate skills in project management. ? Assist and train Project Management team where required on estimating, project planning, scheduling and delivering. ? Increase project management expertise on initiatives using project management standards, best practices, and provision of resources including: ? standardized tools, project policies, procedures and templates; ? Training/mentoring/coaching and provision of advice on project delivery and controls; and, centralized reporting. ?
