| Manager, Procurement and Contracts Location: Calgary Job Code: 250 # of openings: 1 Description Summary Reporting to the Manager of Procurement and Contracts and the Project Procurement Lead on Projects, the Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) Coordinator is primarily responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project SQS inspection effort which includes all tasks, activities and deliverables. Roles and Responsibilities It is not the intent of this job description to specify all duties associated with the position, but to give a general understanding of the roles and responsibilities. Ensure that the following documents are transmitted to the assigned Inspector or client representative. Copy of purchase order, supplier inspection assignment request, approved drawings and specifications, required procedures (welding, painting, hydro test, etc.), approved Inspection test plans (ITP), supplier contact details, relevant forms for inspection (NCR,CAR), approved supplier deviation request and other project specific requirements.
