| Manager, Compliance Industry: Financial Services Location: Toronto, Ontario Status: Full-Time Salary Scale: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 Excellent Bonus Package! Great Opportunity with Investment Fund Company based in Toronto! Our client is actively looking for a Manager, Compliance to oversee the monitoring, and review of compliance for its retail investment funds. This full-time opportunity will put the Manager, Compliance in charge of the daily supervision of compliance coordinators in addition to providing oversight, reporting and review of team activities. The Manager, Compliance will also be empowered with the following: short term & frequent trading; security lending; personal trading; AML processes; NI 81-106 and the administration and reporting with respect to conflicts of interest matters; IRC reporting packages and the Funds Board reporting packages. The Manager, Compliance role will also have daily oversight of compliance with NI 81-102 and support the team responsible for the oversight of NI 81-105 sales practices and conduct independent oversight.
